Nestlé Professional Offers Suite of “We Proudly Serve Starbucks®” coffee program Solutions to Elevate Premium Coffee Experience

Nestlé Professional, the out-of-home food and beverage solutions unit for the world’s largest food and beverage company, is taking the premium coffee experience to a new level in 2022 with the launch of four coffee solutions in the “We Proudly Serve Starbucks®” coffee program for workplaces and catered locations in Thailand.

Introduced in Thailand in 2020, Nestlé Professional is the proud authorized distributor of Starbucks products through foodservice channels. Crafted to meet customer needs, the We Proudly Serve Starbucks® coffee program delivers an outstanding coffee experience with four different solutions:

  • Served Solution: Brings Starbucks® favorite handcrafted beverages and impulse items to customers, personalized the way they like them. The solution comes with best-in-class training and on-site support.

  • Self-Serve Solution: Offers Starbucks® iconic hot and iced beverages to anyone, anytime. Customers can pay with a QR code to reduce direct contact – the ultimate convenience.

  • Single-Serve Solution: Allows hotel guests to enjoy the same high-quality, ethically sourced Arabica coffee served in Starbucks cafés around the world, conveniently available in individual cups for indulgent coffee moments.
  • Brewed Solution: Offers freshly brewed Starbucks Pike Place™ Roast coffee with a branded air pot display – a perfect solution for meetings and events.

  • Benz TalingChan

The company continually improves customer service and takes good care of its employees. It found the We Proudly Serve Starbucks® coffee program would premiumize the coffee experience within the service lounge while ensuring employees always have good cup of coffee close at hand. Benz TalingChan selected the self-serve solution because of its speed and convenience. Customers can get their own coffee while employees enjoy a complementary coffee daily.

  • Bangkok Hospital

When Bangkok Hospital opened a new international wing, the management wanted to provide a convenient self-serve coffee solution for visitors as well as their staff. The We Proudly Serve Starbucks® coffee program builds on the Global Coffee Alliance formed in 2018 between Nestlé and Starbucks, granting Nestlé the right to market, sell, and distribute Starbucks coffee products across at-home and away-from-home channels, outside Starbucks stores.
