MR. D.I.Y. Donates Essential Supplies to Support Thai Flood Victims

MR. D.I.Y. Donates Essential Supplies, Drinking Water, and Funds to Support Thai Flood Victims through the Thai Red Cross Society and Pure Heart Foundation

MR. D.I.Y., a leading home improvement retailer with the largest number of stores in Thailand, led by Ms. Titanan Sun, Executive Vice-President and Mr. Arnupharp Kongmalai, Vice-President of the Marketing Department, is extending heartfelt care to flood victims through the MR. D.I.Y. Cares initiative. The company donated essential supplies and funds to the Thai Red Cross Society’s Relief and Community Health Bureau, valued at 100,000 baht. Lt. Gen. Amnat Barlee, M.D., Director of the Relief and Community Health Bureau (RCHB), Thai Red Cross Society, received the donation.

Mr. Arnupharp Kongmalai, Vice-President of the Marketing Department of MR. D.I.Y. Thailand, stated, “Due to the flood situation in several areas in the northern region of Thailand, MR. D.I.Y. is deeply aware of the suffering and hardships faced by those affected. We are committed to supporting and alleviating the suffering of our fellow Thais during this crisis. In collaboration with the Relief and Community Health Bureau of the Thai Red Cross Society, we are donating funds and essential supplies from MR. D.I.Y. stores, including 200 broom sets, 200 floor-mops, 200 towels, 200 pairs of cleaning gloves, 200 garbage bags, and 200 pieces of floor grout, totaling 100,000 baht. Our goal is to assist the Thai people in all situations, particularly by providing a range of quality products and essential supplies for recovery after the floodwaters recede.

In addition, MR. D.I.Y. has supported the Samut Prakan Provincial Employment Office by providing 600 bottles of MR. D.I.Y. drinking water. This contribution is part of our efforts to extend care and support through the Pure Heart Foundation, which is coordinating aid for flood victims.

This assistance is part of MR. D.I.Y. Cares, an initiative that has been supporting communities for over six years with the aim of bringing happiness and care to Thais while continuously uplifting society and spreading smiles across all regions of the country.
