Bangkok Hospital Headquarters Receives “Great Place to Work®” Certification : The first hospital in the healthcare industry in Thailand to receive this certification

Bangkok Hospital Headquarters takes immense pride in being the first hospital in the healthcare industry in Thailand to be certified as a “great place to work®” by Great Place to Work®, a global leader in workplace culture, dedicated to helping organizations create a consistently positive employee experience and a strong workplace culture.

Using the Great Place to Work® Trust Index® survey, this recognition is based on feedback from almost 3,000 employees regarding their workplace experience, highlighting our commitment to excellent employee care. The survey measured employees’ trust in management, colleagues, and their work/organization across five dimensions: fairness, credibility, respect, pride, and camaraderie.

This certification reflects the exceptional work experience of our employees, their pride in the organization, the fair and equal treatment they receive, and the strong relationships fostered within the organization. These factors contribute to a sustainable organizational culture. This success is driven by the vision and commitment of leaders at all levels, who prioritize employee well-being while promoting learning and skill development. They provide opportunities for all employees to contribute to the organization’s growth and advance their careers.

Dr. Matinee Maipang, CEO of Group 1 and Director of Bangkok Hospital, stated that Bangkok Hospital Headquarters places great importance on its personnel, as they are the most valuable resource of the organization. We understand that medical services require expertise and professionalism. Therefore, delivering excellent service must begin with ensuring that our employees are happy, so they can pass that happiness on to our patients.

For our patients and employees alike, we adhere to the principles of Triple C: Competency, Compassion, and Care. For employees, this means supporting their professional development to ensure Competency, providing diverse programs that reflect Compassion for their varied needs based on gender, age, and ethnicity, and demonstrating Care through holistic support for their physical and mental well-being. This approach enables us to deliver excellent service to our patients while fostering a supportive work environment.

All our executives are dedicated to making this hospital a second home for every employee. The “Great Place to Work®” award stands as confirmation of the consistent efforts we have undertaken. We will continue to provide comprehensive support to ensure that all employees work with satisfaction and sustainably grow alongside the hospital.
