- GPS Tracking: The system monitors transportation routes in real time, constantly calculating for the shortest transportation routes, or for routes with the least amount of travel time. The system can also help to plan the most appropriate route, especially for transport vehicles that need to make deliveries at multiple points (Multi-Stop), for which the system will calculate to arrange the most appropriate order of stops, to reduce transportation time and to ensure that the products reach their destinations faster, to achieve the lowest transportation costs. GPS tracking is also able to define the areas that the vehicles enter and exit, allowing delivery services that adhere strictly to the set plans, while also being able to set notifications when vehicles enter and exit the designated areas. This ability is very useful especially for the transportation of contaminated materials that must be handled in accordance with the requirements and has a clear specific destination without any deviation that may cause an impact on the environment within communities.
- Driver Monitoring: This system monitors the behaviour and driving characteristics of the drivers to prevent potentially dangerous driving. For example, the system can monitor if and when the driver falls asleep, or driving with excessive speed. This helps to reduce accident risks, ensure safety and security of the products, prevent theft or fraudulent activities through the monitoring of fuel usage and producing reports correlating fuel use and distance travelled to achieve maximum efficiency.
- Real-time Alerts: Alert values can be set with the Incident Management System for when abnormal incidents occur, such as when a transport vehicle deviates from a planned route, or when a delivery is delayed. The system can provide notifications through many channels, including SMS, Email and LINE App, etc.
- Transport Lorries Maintenance Data Programming: This system includes recording of maintenance costs and automatic notification of scheduled maintenance. This helps to extend the service life of the vehicles.
- Automatic Data Reporting: The “Auto Daily” report has been designed to provide data that are crucial to the business – “Data scientists” are employed to do comprehensive data analyses and summarisation according to business needs, resulting in the information that is completely reliable. The report can be retrieved at every step, thus instilling full confidence for customers.
