Major Development back to profitability results, with a strong backlog and gearing up for 2025 with presales exceeding 9 billion baht

Major Development Public Company Limited reinforces its position as a leader in luxury real estate and Pet-Family Residences with improved financial results in Q4 2024, achieving net profits and building up a strong backlog and presale sales totaling over 9 billion baht. This reflects the brand’s strong potential and readiness for continued growth.

Strong Backlog, Moving Forward to Recognize Revenue in 2025

Ms. Petrada Poolvoralaks, CEO of Major Development Public Company Limited, revealed that “Although the real estate market remains challenging, our company continues to grow according to our strategy of Diversifying Revenue. Last year, we achieved significant revenue from luxury single-house projects such as Malton Gates Krungthep Kreetha and ready-to-transfer condominium projects like Metris Pattanakarn-Ekkamai, in addition to the success of ongoing projects. These include Muniq Phrom Phong, which has achieved over 3.4 billion baht in sales, Muniq Charoen Krung with over 2.7 billion baht in sales, Mavista Phrom Phong with over 1.1 billion baht in sales, and Maru Chula with over 220 million baht in sales.”

The financial results for 2024 still reflect a loss, but when considering only Q4 2024, the company achieved a net profit of 38 million baht, which is a positive sign. In 2025, the company plans to recognize revenue from its backlog, particularly from the Metris District Ladprao project, which has a total transfer value of over 2 billion baht. The transfer of ownership for this project will begin in June. Additionally, the company will continue the transfer of ownership for the luxury single-house project, Malton Gates Krungthep Kreetha. A highlight for the year will be the launch of the Marquis Phayathai project, which is expected to begin sales in Q3-Q4 of this year, and is expected to be a key driver of the company’s growth moving forward.
