Countdown to THAIFEX – ANUGA ASIA 2026: Organisers Advise on Travel, Dress Code, and Pre-Registration Ahead of More Than 90,000 Expected Visitors
The Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP), Ministry of Commerce, together with the Thai Chamber of Commerce (TCC) and Koelnmesse Germany (KM), invites industry professionals and visitors to THAIFEX – ANUGA ASIA 2026, Asia’s most comprehensive and influential food and beverage trade exhibition. Returning under the theme “BIGGER – BETTER – BOLDER”, this year’s edition promises to be larger in scale, stronger in quality, and more dynamic than ever before, providing a global platform for entrepreneurs and visitors to discover products, services, and innovations, build business networks, stay updated on industry trends, and explore new business opportunities.
THAIFEX – ANUGA ASIA 2026 will take place at IMPACT Muang Thong Thani, with the exhibition expanded this year to include Hall 4, bringing the event across 12 halls and more than 140,000 square metres of exhibition space. The exhibition will cover IMPACT Challenger Halls 1–3, IMPACT Forum Hall 4, and IMPACT Exhibition Centre Halls 5–12. Trade days will be held from 26–29 May 2026, 10:00–18:00 hrs, while the trade and public day will take place on 30 May 2026 from 10:00–18:00 hrs. More than 90,000 visitors are expected to attend the exhibition.
To facilitate travel and help ease traffic congestion around the venue, organisers recommend visitors use public transportation. Visitors may travel via the Pink Line MRT and alight at IMPACT Muang Thong Thani Station for direct access to Challenger Hall 1, or at Muang Thong Thani Lake Station for access to IMPACT Exhibition Centre Hall 12. Within the IMPACT venue, a full range of transport services will also be available, including shuttle buses, vans, public buses, shared pick-up taxis, motorcycle taxis, and taxi stands located in front of IMPACT Arena.
Visitors are kindly requested to dress appropriately for a business event, such as business attire or smart casual wear. Shorts, sleeveless shirts, and flip-flops are not permitted during trade days, and visitors must be at least 17 years old. Exceptions apply on 30 May, when there will be no restrictions on dress code or age for public visitors.
For faster access to the exhibition, visitors are encouraged to pre-register at https://registration.thaifex-anuga.com/s/OAlRMg. Upon arrival, visitor badges may be collected immediately at Hall 4 (Gates 1 and 2), Hall 6, Hall 9, and Hall 10. Walk-in visitors may also register at the same locations.
