ICHIBAN FOODS wins U.S.-Vietnam Agricultural Hall of Fame 2024 Award

ICHIBAN FOODS COMPANY LIMITED, a leading producer and distributor of pasteurized tofu and ready-to-drink soy milk under the ICHIBAN brand, operated by Berli Jucker Public Company Limited (BJC), represented by Mr. Sombat Onniam, Managing Director of Thai Corp International Group, received U.S.-Vietnam Agricultural Hall of Fame 2024 Award as a leading business player in introducing high-quality soy products to the Vietnamese market and thus bringing forth expansion of bilateral trade opportunities between Vietnam and the United States of America. U.S. Ambassador to Vietnam Mr. Marc E. Knapper hosted a Cocktail Reception in honor of the awardees at the Ambassador’s Residence in Hanoi on March 6, 2025.

The U.S.-Vietnam Agricultural Hall of Fame Award underscores a strong economic partnership between the two nations, promoting sustainable business practices and high-quality agricultural trade. Winners receive an engraved plaque and an official certificate at the ceremony. This prestigious recognition, organized by the U.S. Embassy in Hanoi in collaboration with the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), acknowledges businesses that have made significant contributions to strengthening U.S.-Vietnam agricultural trade.
