CPNREIT Successfully Raises Capital and Completes the Lease Renewal of Central Pinklao.New Trust Units to Start Trading on 10 May 2024.

CPNREIT succeeds in the raising of additional capital and the lease renewal of Central Pinklao. Maintaining its position as the largest REIT in Thailand with an expected yield of 10%,

Ms. Pattamika Pongsurayamas, Chief Executive Officer of CPNREIT Management Company Limited, in her capacity as the REIT Manager of CPNREIT, said that the offering of additional trust units to existing unitholders and the general public between 23-29 April 2024, has been successful and met with satisfactory reception as planned. Whereby CPNREIT has issued and offered altogether the total of 1,053 million in additional trust units at the final offering price of Bt10.20 and raised a total of Bt10.741 billion. Together with loan funding from financial institutions, CPNREIT successfully deployed its investment in the lease renewal of Central Pinklao Project for an additional 15 years at the value of Bt12.161 billion on 8 May 2024.

As the REIT Manager of CPNREIT, we would like to thank all our trust unitholders and investors for their support in this round of fundraising. The additional trust units will start trading on 10 May 2024. After the additional investments, CPNREIT will be able to expand its total assets and market capitalization along with maintaining continuous growth in its operating performance, resulting in an anticipated distribution payment of Bt0.525 per unit for the latter half of 2024, and Bt1.14 per unit for 2025 as stipulated in the Offering Prospectus. The expected yield would be 10% at the final offering price, which offers investors long-term, consistent returns especially against volatile market conditions.
